Nick was a dream to work with, during my relocation from the bay area to San Diego.

Nick's knowledge of the San Diego areas was amazing. Didn't even need GPS to find all the properties, and he knew a lot about all of the areas and the pros/cons. Because I was relocating from out of town, Nick took photos of potential properties and did everything he could to search on my behalf since I wasn't in town. Ultimately he found me a new centrally located townhouse with a great floor plan. I'd highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell in San Diego.

"We met Nick at an open house and we immediately noticed his friendly and helpful demeanor. And even though he wasn't our agent we explained our difficulties finding a house to purchase. He immediately suggested several homes in the Lake Hills area and when the ideal home became available he notified us immediately. This was his very first sale and he was 100% on top of it and we closed the deal in record time. This was in 2010 and I'm sure his skills are even better today. A great guy to work with and actually cares just as much about his customer as he does the sale. A rare breed these days. I'd recommend him to ANYBODY looking to buy. "As a first time home buyer, in what is the most seller friendly market of my generations lifetime, I was worried I either wouldn't be able to find anything, or be relegated to the table scraps of a competitive market. His careful consideration of the entire San Diego market, and intimate knowledge of every neighborhood was critical in helping me understand the pros and cons of a given property in relation to amenities and commute.

After a few months searching we finally found the home I currently own, situated on a quiet established cul de sac with panoramic 270* elevated views in the back yard, AC, and plenty of upgrades, all within my budget - it seemed too good to be true.
